Bad Experience ever

It was my first purchase from ramira, they dispatched me the wrong size n even the dress is not 10/10 the same as shown in picture. I tried to approach them on the provided number and email too but no one picked up the call neither they truly responded me on whtsapp regarding the replacement . That made me very much disappointed and ot was not a good experience at all. very bad customer service i must say as its been 2 weeks that they left me un answered even after receiving my complain and seen my whtsapp msgs. I wont recommend to spend money here.
