Order Cancelation
Customers have the option to cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information is sent to customers. Succeeding to shipment, our exchange policy is applicable. It's important to note that Ramira retains the right to cancel orders in instances of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or if the credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
